Lazlo's Corner
As plans forage ahead on Rock Against Hate Vol. 3, benefiting KIND (https://supportkind.org), I may have another project coming soon.
After watching the movie Krush Groove for the first time in many years, I felt inspired & tweeted the following:
"I really want to make a film, kind of in the vein of Krush Groove, spotlighting NJ's indie music scene and trials & tribulations of trying to make & sell music in the age of streaming, as well as performing originals live when most venues (& patrons) seem to prefer cover bands."
I have seen so much positive feedback to this tweet, that was really more wishful thinking than anything, that I started thinking about ways to make this possible.
As a movie, this may be too ambitious for me right now, but I am considering a serialized podcast... that in some ways would be equally ambitious. However, this would need to be done by a group of people. There is no way I could take on a project this big on my own.
If you are interested in knowing more about this and being involved, let me know.
