Saturday January 25th is our first ever BlowUpRadio.com Free Concert at Espresso Joe’s!
It’s also the first ever Live BlowUpRadio.com Guitar Pull with Jon Caspi, Pete Jager (The Extras, Inc.), & Pat Vail (Sir Dove). As if that’s not enough, we have a special opening acoustic set from September’s Ghost!
This is an experiment. If it works, we hope to do this on a monthly basis, so come out and support local live original music!

Lazlo’s Corner
Some may be surprised to find out that I never intended to be the sole voice of BlowUpRadio.com.
It was always my intention to have other DJs on the station, and even have at various times had Jim Cook, Tris McCall, and Mick Hale DJing on the station. Jim Testa still does.
But time and money have made it difficult to get others to DJ, after all it takes a lot of work to do an hour (or longer) show once a week, and since I don’t make money I can’t pay DJs.
That said, there are some possible new shows on the horizon, as a couple of people have recently reached out to me about doing shows.
But today I want to talk about a different show I’d like to do, one that would entail involvement from others, but hopefully in a smaller way that would make it more feasible to be done on a regular basis.
I want to do a variety show. A BlowUpRadio.com Bazaar if you will.
Different segments from different people, length can be anywhere from 5 minutes to 30 minutes, on different topics.
Ideas for topics: talking about shows happening in the area, reviewing concerts/albums/movies, comedy sketches, interviews, commentary, storytelling, etc.
