Hey Everyone,

it’s hard to believe, but I recently realized that I’ve been DJing for 20 years now, having started my freshman year of college back in the fall of 1991. Music has always been a big part of my life, but something clicked that first time I sat down in a tiny studio in the attic of the college center that literally contained two turntables and a microphone and almost nothing else. Many who have heard me on the air may not realize that I have long been a shy, introverted person, but speaking to the masses thru the airwaves (and later the internet) always came easy to me, and over the years has made me slightly more extroverted in public (note, slightly, so if I don’t come up to talk to you in public it’s not me being an ass, it’s me being shy).

Anyway, my point of this ramble is that DJing is more to me than just a way to support good music, it’s a way of life. I cannot imagine not doing this for the rest of my life, and I thank you for listening.
